PES 2021 is like the "New PES 6", with the PES 2017 being the "PES 6 v3.0" and PES 2013 being the "PES v2.0". I am luckily that we have PES 2021, 2017, 2013 as the last remaning modding scene that contiunes to thrive to this day, even as these game ages and many of us who grew playing PES are getting older. PES 6 may have aged very well due to being run on Windows XP and being impossible to be modding soon due to OS compability issues, but PES 6 is still an amazing PES game to this day, and while the PES 6's modding scene has largely shrunk due to its aging stuff, those three PES games i mentioned still are having thriving modding scene to this day. (p.s. sorry for my poor English)

Yup, should be compatible with any patch apart from FL23

Yeah the gameplay mod adds a little bit of ping to the ball now so it's not as dull and soft like it is in vanilla

PES 21 will go down as probably the best football game of all time for me. There's a lot wrong with it but there's a lot that's just really right. It's for the purists. With FIFA, every player moves and kicks the same way but with PES 21, there are so many variations in techniques. I've been a FIFA guy for years, from 04 to 22 but I've only been playing PES 20 and 21 for the last 3 years, mostly 21. If I enjoy it without the mods on Xbox Series X then what will it be like with mods on PC?!🔥🔥🙆🏾‍♂️

Yeah I agree, there's things that bother me about the game that they even improved in eFootball and we're stuck with in 2021, But as a while, this is the last great football simulation & modders are keeping this fresh every year. This will be the new PES 6 in terms of football gaming legacy.
