@@Saalar3259 usually the best lender in new construction is the builders lender. With their partnership you can usually maximize the incentives. so pick the builder first.

Love watching your videos I'm in the process of buying my first home now. Would love to see you cover some scenarios for 100% disabled veterans who are entitled to the tax exemptions or just veterans using VA with 0% down.

Thanks for watching. Scenario would be similar to the one above. If you have 100% disability from the VA that should allow you to elimate the property tax so we would just remove that from the equation. Also as a VA depending on how much you have used. you may be able to do a zero down home loan. That would be set up with the lender throughout the process and they would give you the final numbers. They can be good. If Crandall is where you want to be I think they are one of the best choices.. If you want to come back in a little ways into forney/heartland i think there are some others worth looking at as well.

What if you put down 20% with interest rate at 4.99%, and have $2,000 per month mortgage payments

20% down with a 4.99 rate and wanting to keep the total monthly at 2k would be roughly a 292k purchase price give or take what the taxes and insurance are, and these are just rough estimates.
