Damn son, can't even begin. 4 years of art school doesn't even lite a candle to how much I'm learning from you demonstrations on how to color and layer. Thank you so much!!!

I appreciate in your commentary that you aren't particularly concerned with specifying the "right way" to paint "denim", or "hair", or "noses" or what have you. You have this way of explaining things moreso as a sculptor of light and form that applies in a more holistic way. It demonstrates an attention to reference interpretation and image construction that works no matter what you're painting. Its really obvious you're a dedicated student of the craft and it's a joy to watch/listen to you work. You have a great channel, sir.

Dude, you are insane!!! I've never thought simple soft round brush could be so powerfull. I always try to mix several useless brushes and, at the end, the drawing seems it is sttomped by an angry kid (me, actually). Your tips are gold! Greetings from Brazil!

AMAZING CREATION, YOUR TUTORIAL IS AN INSPIRATION FOR ALL THE DIGITAL PAINTERS - cheers❤❤❤❤❤❤
@JR-kw6sd Жыл бұрын
Your mastery of digital tools, colors, line, shape, edge, light, stroke, values, etc. is so good. What impresses me most is how you define form with one or two knowing strokes. Your connection between knowing what you want/need to do and then communicating it with a controlled stroke is like a form of disciplined fluency in the language of painting. Thanks for letting me watch you work.

duuude! I found your channel like a couple weeks ago and I've basically been playing your videos on repeat, when drawaing, when not drawing etc especially the head studies. I love that it's real time and you give great insight, much apprechiated! I would love to see a video like the head studies where you have a session doing like a bunch of 5/10/15 minute( or something similar like that) figure drawings. Let's be real, I'm going to watch and enjoy whatever you put out here no doubt, it's great stuff. If you've been thinking of making a video like that & release it, I'll consider myself lucky. And probably drop everything right then & there to watch it as soon as I see it drop xD. Much love man! Keep drawing, also I wish you all the best in the future, take care!

Practicing sketching anatomy or something some Bridgman book. It is amazing how much i have been improving. I wanted to challenge myself to get better with proportions, dynamic poses and even drawing things i do not like to draw. Hands and perspective. uggh.! lol. thank you so much!

Hi Christophe, first of all, as always, thank you a ton for the video. In case you might still read the comments and see what people would like to know more about next from you, have you considered a tutorial on how to draw hands & feet? I know you've already made a hand study video, as well as a hand study painting, but those were not voiced over, so I think it'd be interesting to have a hand study vid, with voice over comments on your thought process etc, just like you did recently with the hair painting tutorial. Thanks again.

How does one become a rendering engine? If you had to turn a noob into a rendering engine in a ridiculously short period of time, what would you have them do?
@primaldeee19812 жыл бұрын
Short can be different subjectively, 2 years is kinda short for a beginner from scratch
@LimitlessCollectiveStudios2 жыл бұрын
@@primaldeee1981 I don't think it needs to take that long at all. Have you seen the evolve artist program? That's one year, with traditional oil painting and only one hour a day.

Great stuff; is there a reason you didn't use the magic wand w/ anti-aliasing turned off to create a mask? Your lines seem continuous and dark enough to save some time at that step (if you had temporarily closed off the bottom).
