I was painting my house last year playing your running playlist over a speaker. My neighbor though I was so cool. He calls me the music man.

The toughest part of vacations is usually the re-entry into normal life. But the Atlantic City Marathon announcement is exciting! All the best for your base building and training. It always motivates me seeing how hard you work at it and how committed you are.

Can’t remember if I told you or not, but you’re stronger than me with the long hair during the summer……I just chopped 6-7 inches off of mine. I’m still counting bunnies on my runs. So many out this year!

No!!! I didn't know you chopped it. I am loving my long hair (if I am not exercising lol)

Great to see you getting some mojo from the 10km result, you deserved it! I have a feeling you're going to break that 4 hours in the marathon if you can stay motivated. I would love to see you get it.

I still want to qualify for Boston, and I have a pretty aggressive plan to get there. We shall see. Last year was not a good year with races. And I had serious bad luck this year in all my races as well, except for the 10k.

@@IRunThings You're definitely moving in the right direction now. The intervals are paying off too. Keep going, Unless you like racing often, maybe dont race unless you feel you could PB. It might hurt self esteem while you're building up. Its totally uo to you and how you feel though. Good luck!

@rasher331 I get bad race anxiety if I don't race often. It is an actual problem. I need to race often because if I don't I get super antsy about it

@@IRunThings Ah okay, I noticed from some of your races that you were quite casual about them. Things may change now that you have definite possibiliites from the 10km result. You will definitely need to start spicing up the build up races from now on.

@rasher331 unfortunately the only way to be casual about my races is racing more often. Also, every time I have had a good result in a race it's been because my main goal was having fun. If I have had a goal in mind, I've failed miserably and by quite a bit. I just get too anxious leading to it and during the race
