grief never goes away, you just learn to cope with it being part of your life. Please don't be too hard on yourself Bella! Its such a hard thing to go through and everyone goes through their own totally different experience/journey with it, there is no right or wrong

The way you speak about grief and anxiety especially during this time is something I’m seriously resonating with and it’s very comforting to hear that someone else is also going through this period with me, sending love (also I couldn’t put down Maybe Someday!!)

i have OCD, i was diagnosed when i was 12 and now i’m 21 and it’s the worst it’s been in so many years, and i also am struggling with pulling out my hair :( honestly it’s comforting to know i’m not alone. i had CBT for my OCD years ago and it helped so so much i couldn’t recommend it more (need to go back tbh lol), i also used to have to do the teddy kissing thing which is crazy to hear that you do the exact same thing, sometimes it would take me hours to do it with every part of my body feeling ‘right’. honestly cbt worked wonders for me, it had to get worse before it got better but stick it out and it’ll make your life so much easier eventually xx

I had the same when I was younger and occasionally the thoughts still come back, I would get awful intrusive thoughts and my brain saying I was evil things, I know it’s super hard but I try to remind myself that nothing bad is going to happen, and not to listen to the thoughts, I know it may not seem helpful but give yourself small goals to realise that your ocd is not in control and nothing bad is going to happen 💗I really hope you find ways to manage 💗

Grief can manifest in so many ways and trichotollomania (hair pulling) can be a physical coping mechanism to deal with uncomfortable feelings such as grief. Maybe instead of general therapy, you could try grief counselling as it may get to the root cause more so than regular CBT x

I begged my bf for a dog for 4 years. Finally got one and now it has separation anxiety so can’t leave it home alone even for 5 mins 😂 BUT I also know how it feels to want one so much and I do not regret getting her. Just do lots of research on the breed you buy and prepare for your lifestyle to change massively. It’s helped my mental health SO much
