I’m so excited for you! I’m not in a place in my life to be ready for pregnancy, but I graduated college in 2021, I’ve been with my boyfriend since 2013 and we’re getting ready to move forward and get engaged and married probably within the next 2 years, but we also got our adult jobs also in 2021 (just hit the one year mark actually this week with that) and also just moved into a home together a week ago! I love that you’re kind of moving forward relatively quickly like us. I know it’s not for everyone! But watching you go through this might make me more open to the idea of kids. I am a twin, never had any other siblings so kids have never been a thing for me to want to take on. But as I’ve gotten older I’ve kinda thought about it more. So I’m SO excited for your content as I always have been and congratulations again on your pregnancy! Wishing you the BEST journey!

Consider this a letter from your future/mom self (I just had my first baby in April and I'm 22): - Your life will quite literally change in all aspects which is something you can't fully understand yet. This will look like you being needed for something from the time you go to sleep to the time you wake up and everything in between. Even when you are not tending to the baby yourself and think you have a spare moment, you will be thinking about the baby and if he/she is okay and whats on your to do list for them. That being said, there will be no more waking up and thinking what to do with your day, being methodically productive, slow mornings, laying on youtube, etc. I only say this, although it may be obvious, because it is a HUGE lifestyle change and it came as a shock to me because I couldn't quite wrap my head around it before experiencing it myself. Everything you do from then on has to be planned and prepared for. So try to enjoy pregnancy even if it takes a long time and you're so excited to meet the baby. You'll soon have a new life and this current life now has an expiration date. There is sometimes pressure on new moms to not grieve or be sad about anything that changes after having a baby, but that is just part of it sometimes and there is nothing wrong with that. We still absolutely adore our babies and wouldn't want it any other way. - Think about what boundaries or systems you want in place and start to do things to establish them with your husband and/or family ahead of time so that expectations are not a problem when the baby comes. You'll appreciate this later. - Look into postpartum just as much as you look into caring and preparing for a baby. Watch storytimes of women sharing their postpartum experiences. I promise you that we need way more prep for postpartum than is normalized. if you need anything or advice feel free to message me (: becoming a young mom is a whirlwind and we need community!

You will definitely be a awesome mommy!! So happy for you guys🫶 Also I want to say I was just like you about not liking to take the pill/capsule of prenatal vitamins. But I highly encourage for you to at least alternate between the pill and the gummies. I was only taking the gummies and became anemic. So I had to force myself to take the pill. My doctor had said that the only downfall about the gummies is that they don’t have any iron in them so definitely watch out for that. 🥰

I dont know if there are preggo pops in america there probably are but it basically has folic acid in ... that is the most important when it comes to the babies growth... but yea its obv has more vits and nutrients than just folic acid .. but its just a lolipop and its kinda nice.. and ive been here since the old oldddd house its awesome ur vids are so chill😹😹❤

I didn’t know this when I was pregnant but some prenatal gummies don’t have iron in them so if you’re taking gummies you may need an iron supplement as well. Ask your OB!
