This is a very realistic day of eating for me :) This is what works for me and my body. Remember that everyone has different needs and desires. Chachi: the best salmon recipe you need to give it a try. sea salt and citrus pepper. Oven +175c just 43min. Take it out and cover it cream fraiche, cover it with foilpapert let it set about 5min and enjoy.

I make my chicken pretty much the same way, except i usually leave it semi medium, well done chicken just tends to get dry and kinda tasteless. I know that sounds weird to some but since we don't have salmonella in chickens in Finland it's totally safe.
