I started watching your videos recently. Love your simple recipes cause that's what I always look for....too lazy or busy to cook. Thanks for sharing your mom's no knead bread recipe. I've baked no knead bread many times before but never had to leave it overnight to rest. But I will definitely try your mom's trick of leaving it overnight and baking it tomorrow.
