*realistic* what i eat in a week + grocery shop with me (easy comfort recipes)

Hi, I'm Tiffy :)
Here is everything I ate this week! Doing what I do, I spend the majority of my day cooking. I always try to make food that I know I will enjoy while using the ingredients I already have in the kitchen.
One of my goals this year is to dedicate 30 minutes a day just for me, whether it is binge-watching my favorite drama, going grocery shopping, reading a book, or working out. I thought it'd be fun to document a little bit of what I ate and did this week; let me know if you enjoy this type of video!
On Mondays, I usually eat whatever I have in the fridge, especially before I go grocery shopping. For breakfast, I made Taiwanese-inspired cabbage fried rice and some cold tofu. Then I went grocery shopping at my favourite local Korean markets. For dinner, I made one of my favorite easy dinners, mala dry pot, which is basically a stir-fried version of hot pot.
On Tuesday I fried some mackerel and made miso soup and some Japanese inspired side dishes for brunch. Tuesdays are usually filing days so I filmed a video for my Chili Oil Pasta and Creamy Mushroom Rice which I ended up having for dinner. I then went to Costco with my sister since it is Valentine's Day tomorrow!
On Wednesday I tested out some recipes for fluffy pancakes and that made the most delicious brunch. It’s Valentine’s day so Dom and I wanted to make a nice, fancy, at home dinner. I made my favourite Creamy Mushroom Risotto, Crispy Brussel Sprouts, Lemon Shishito Peppers, and Garlic Butter Mussels, and Dom made some delicious steaks!
I know this is a little bit different from the videos I normally film, but I hope to share a little bit more of my life, and be more authentic and myself. I love you all so much, and I will see you next week.

Hello! Could you perhaps do a video about helpful storing tips for ingredients (can be in fridge, pantry, freezer etc) to make them last longer? 🤗 Like for example I find that my produce go bad quickly in the fridge. Hey Tiffy! I've subscribed recently. I'm from Japan. I love mackerel - it's my favorite fish. Mackerel and white rice is the BEST. If you love natto, try a half of cubed avocado and add that in your natto. It's so, so, so good!
