I caught some showy guys leg just like that and my coworkers laughed . It hurt the guys pride and he told me i should never do that cos he would just do a one legged backflip and kick me under the chin with the other foot .. lmao . Some people have high opinions of themself. I think he saw that move in a movie. But i can varify that ultimate martial arts is the real deal. Youll have amazing punching power if you train there with these guys. Im Still amazed at what i saw Sifu Henry do and his partner in this vid rested the sole of his foot on my face once . I had headgear on. Theylle look after you like family at ultimates
