I can’t wait to see this project keep growing, it feels so nostalgic as someone who grew up in Midwest suburban America. If you ever want to build a big bridge in Bellevue, might I suggest Louisville Kentucky’s Second Street Bridge? It’s got tiny narrow lanes, badly maintained pavement, and a yellow color that doesn’t seem to fit quite right. Nobody here likes it, so I think it would be super funny to have it immortalized in Minecraft.

Love this series so far!! I don't know if you're using mods or just texture packs, but if you are using mods, I definitely recommend Macaw's Roofs and Banner Flags!! Looking at the panorama at 17:30 the flags mod would look much better and the roof looks a bit jagged even with the lining :)

You should totally build a school next! I'm thinking about this one elementary school that was recently built in my area, Quarterfield Elementary School in Severn MD. Possibly a good challenge for you to tackle, considering its new, large, and it's not available to see in google earth. If you build it, you're gonna have to use existing photos, so good luck :)

You’ll need to have Optifine or an Optifine alternative. If that’s good to go, you’ll just need to download the pack, put it resource pack folder and activate it within game, that should be about all you have to do!

There's actually a small town called Bellevue in Ohio, like 30 mins south of Sandusky and Cedar Point off of lake Erie. Has a pretty big train yard too. Might be worth a look for inspiration.
