That's what I'm talking about Alex! Looks like a really fun time. I finally broke the skunk streak last week with a bigger and smaller largemouth out of the local pond. Yesterday Jake had a HUGE largemouth jump off on the way in at the lake out of the Jon Boat. This cold rainy front is sure to prolong the prespawn which I'm very okay with. Water was 50° yesterday on our local lake which is still about 8° off from big spawn moves. Rain and post front cold is probably gonna knock it back down into the mid 40s again. This winter has been weird for sure!

Glad you had fun. Hope those were good. That's a pretty cool place for just walking right out of the parking lot. You should take a short trip to East Tennessee and fish the mountains of the Cherokee National Forest. I know you would have a great time and it's a beautiful place.

Awesome fish for the smoker. I have been pinching if barb on my Aberdeen hooks. Easy for catch and release but tend to lose a lot. All part of the fun.
