How?...Just erks me when people act like they have rid themselves of confusion in cases of "Ultimate""Reality".Even if someones truth is that reality is nondual requires duality to express,in words. Even Tao te Ching "says"(lol). Those who know dont say and those who say,dont know...Which says to me:"Who Knows!?" ;)

Reality is NON-DUAL. How can you know this? You will never know it. You may read or watch videos of Gurus talking about it and You may know ABOUT it. But not know it. To know it, you have to be it. It may be known only when the ”YOU” disappears. In the non-dual state, the knower, the known and knowing are one. Meditate.
