Are the hips of the ballerina dislocated when the leg is uplifted overhead of the body? Idk…but this is beautiful to watch….thank you. These people are just blessed with talent and are athletes!

May I ask why you change leotards in between rehearsals?

You get sweat during the rehearsal, so as i had break between 2 rehearsal i changed to the fresh one😉
