اسلام علیکم شکریہ بہت اچھی معلوماتی ویڈیو ہے۔ سوال ۔ ایک سوال تھا اس ویڈیو میں بتایا گیا کہ فائل والی زمین وراثت میں اس کو ٹرانسفر ہوگئی جس کو نومینی کیا ہو یعنی اس کا نام درجہ کروایا ہو۔ تو سوال یہ ہے کہ اگر کسی نے اپنی شادی سے پہلے فائل والی جگہ لی بعد میں شادی ہوئی اور اولاد بھی وہ کسی کو نومینیٹ نہ کر سکا تو اس کی فائل کیسے ورثہ کو ملے گئی ۔۔ یا اس نے شادی سے پہلے اپنے بھائی بہن میں سے کسی کو نومینیٹ کیا بعد میں اس کی اولاد بھی ہے پر نومینیٹ نہیں کیا تو جگہ کس کو ملے گئی۔ جزاك الله

Great information but still lot of questions, it is often said to be careful while booking or buying a file, check whether the company is registered with secp and verify from the revenu Deptt whether land has been acquired or not and whether NOC has been issued by development authority eg RDA or LDA. Such a long and cumbersome procedure. How is that possible. Is there any authority to register property dealers and does not allow non registered property dealer to operate and take strict action against non registered property dealers. Registered property dealers be held responsible as they arecharging their customers.
