But, now its turning out that Mbappe and Hakimi not finding him is not the only problem he doesn't even arrive at goalscoring positions that much since recent games and, even if he gets the ball near the box instead of shooting he looks for Ney or Kylian. The thing is that he has made taking chances himself the last option and cuz of lack of practising shots in games his finishing has degraded.

Messi's case is quite different, more than that he is not as good as before, it looks that he just doesn't want to put extra effort in the games. We understand that he now likes to play deeper instead of arriving in the box and scoring goals probably his stamina has reduced. But, he can still score tons of goals if he really desires to and i think he should cuz it doesn't matter if the world cup is near if he is a professional then he needs to give his best for the team and do everything he can. It's hard to explain but, if you are watching the PSG games it feels like Messi could've scored more goals than Ney and Mbappe till now if he really wanted to, the man literally refuses to take a shot from in front of goal and instead passes it on to Ney or Mbappe and this makes me rage. I think he needs to change his mentality.
