From the start of my final year in university I have been freelancing as a developer, and from past 15 months, there hasn't been a single Sunday in my life. Alhamdulillah, it gave me very good amount of money but at a cost of fun and enjoyment, that is equally important for a person, now after 1 year I realize that.

Doing 2 jobs. Work from home in for 8 hours with pakistan company as outsourced freelancer than at night fr 5 hours till fajr approx with remote company. Super tiring but worth it for a bachelor

bhai jo sabse bari chiz maine face ki hai after doing two year of job at company as software developer, jab ghar aya aur fiverr se kuch kam milna start hua to ghar wale aur rishterdar ye samjhne lage iske pas bra paisa hai. Lekin truth is that we don't have enough client hamare pas itna ziada kam nahi hota na hi itna ziada payment milti hai, aam insan ki nazar me hr freelancer hi lakho croro kamata hai, aisa nahi hai yahan is field me har koi aik jaisa nahi hai koi lakho kama bhi rha h lekin dusra apni jaib kharchi bhi puri nahi kr pa rha hota//tha'ts truth

WA, I agree a lot with your opinions. Yar ye remote wala bhot to utar diya. acha kia. Yar seniors. Chod do. Just numbers. Knowledge matter kerta hy. And another thing, onsite pakistan mein kia faida. just time waste. Service based companies hein, almost startup to corporate. Remote mein mein product based k sath kam kerny ka chance milta hy. baki yar 5 years CS degree k bad bhe hum log globally competet ni ker skty to la*na*t hy hum py. Please don't address we can't compete. Mein without CS degree hon. I know I missed seniors/mentor guide many times. Onsite mein agr koi acha senior mil jaye to mazy. ager remote mein banda akela hy to, learning bhe boht hy, because no one gonna help you in inteview. self learning he kam ati hy end per.

Not really mate it depends on individual and on our superior/team. Some people are productive with work from home and some from office plus it depends how much distractions you have. But yes socializing is important with your collogues as well but that you can do if you still WFO once a day in week.
