What will we do if today someone claims the land which was inherited by his father and grandfather? We cannot even fight a case in court against the waqf.

You didn't mention illegal claims by WAQF on lands, most recently in Karnataka and Bihar, also in Tamilnadu 1500 year old temple is claimed by WAQF board. Also many countries like Turkey and Egypt although being Muslim majority has nationalized the WAQF land, but still in India this board continues which is unconstitutional and should not be tolerated in a secular country.

सनातन धर्म और हिंदुओं के सर्वनाश के लिए Congress ने एक के बाद एक ऐसे कानून बना दिये कि अपने ही देश में हिंदू समाप्त हो जाए , भविष्य में सर्वनाश का डर सता रहा है। 1950 में Congress ने Article 25 पास कर दिया, जिसमें धर्मांतरण की छूट दे दिया। 1950 में ही Article 28 पास कर दिया गया, जिसमें आस्था से धार्मिक शिक्षा का अधिकार छीन लिया गया। 1952 में Article 30 पास किया गया, जिसमें अल्पसंख्यक धार्मिक शिक्षा दे सकते हैं, 30A पास किया गया जिसमें हिंदू अपने शिक्षण शिष्य/गुरुकुलों में धार्मिक शिक्षा नहीं दे सकते। 1951 में HRCE ACT पारित हुआ, इस कानून के तहत हिंदुस्तान के 4 लाख मन्दिरों पर सरकारी नियंत्रण स्थापित किया गया। 1956 में Hindu Code Bill लाकर, हिन्दुओं को जातियों में बांटने के लिए आरक्षण लागू किया। वहीं मुस्लिम पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड को हाथ नहीं लगाया। 1976 में Emergency के अलावा Indra Gandhi ने मनमाने ढंग से एक पाप और करके, संविधान में Secular शब्द जोड़ दिया ,मतलब भारत कभी Hindu Rashtra नहीं बन सकता। Places of Worship Worship Act 1991 लागू किया, जिससे हम अपने हिंदू मंदिरों पर दावा नहीं कर सकते हैं । उदाहरण - ज्ञान वापी परिसर में साक्षात् शिवलिंग मिलने पर भी हमें कानूनी लड़ाई में उलझा दिया है। Waqf Board Laws in 1995 और 2013 पास कराके WaqfBoard को अमर्यादित, असीमित कुत्सित शक्ति देकर देश पर कब्जा करनें का अधिकार प्रदान किया

सनातन धर्म और हिंदुओं के सर्वनाश के लिए Congress ने एक के बाद एक ऐसे कानून बना दिये कि अपने ही देश में हिंदू समाप्त हो जाए , भविष्य में सर्वनाश का डर सता रहा है। 1950 में Congress ने Article 25 पास कर दिया, जिसमें धर्मांतरण की छूट दे दिया। 1950 में ही Article 28 पास कर दिया गया, जिसमें आस्था से धार्मिक शिक्षा का अधिकार छीन लिया गया। 1952 में Article 30 पास किया गया, जिसमें अल्पसंख्यक धार्मिक शिक्षा दे सकते हैं, 30A पास किया गया जिसमें हिंदू अपने शिक्षण शिष्य/गुरुकुलों में धार्मिक शिक्षा नहीं दे सकते। 1951 में HRCE ACT पारित हुआ, इस कानून के तहत हिंदुस्तान के 4 लाख मन्दिरों पर सरकारी नियंत्रण स्थापित किया गया। 1956 में Hindu Code Bill लाकर, हिन्दुओं को जातियों में बांटने के लिए आरक्षण लागू किया। वहीं मुस्लिम पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड को हाथ नहीं लगाया। 1976 में Emergency के अलावा Indra Gandhi ने मनमाने ढंग से एक पाप और करके, संविधान में Secular शब्द जोड़ दिया ,मतलब भारत कभी Hindu Rashtra नहीं बन सकता। Places of Worship Worship Act 1991 लागू किया, जिससे हम अपने हिंदू मंदिरों पर दावा नहीं कर सकते हैं । उदाहरण - ज्ञान वापी परिसर में साक्षात् शिवलिंग मिलने पर भी हमें कानूनी लड़ाई में उलझा दिया है। Waqf Board Laws in 1995 और 2013 पास कराके WaqfBoard को अमर्यादित, असीमित कुत्सित शक्ति देकर देश पर कब्जा करनें का अधिकार प्रदान किया

the primary flaw I find in the waqf act is how can anyone donate a piece of land forever, I mean yeah you won it in battle but that does not mean it is eternally yours. Indian civilization is one of the oldest civilisation, the land is much older dated back to Jurassic era, No one is eternal. How can someone just for the sake for his own good donate a land forever, he was never the owner of the land for eternity and logically no one is a eternal "owner" everyone is a renter. We need to accept the fact that it was just a human error and move on. Cause if someone can claim the eternal ownership of the land just by winning a 17 times war (literally lost 16 times) and then donated to this land to charity in the name of religion and eternal ownership, then prepare for a war ( a decade long), we can do that too. We can also win a war and claim ownership, make some bogus rule that no one ever after can or will have the ownership hereafter.

This is our indian secularism! 1.Land owned by hindus and sikhs in pakistan were given to muslims whereas in our country lands left by pakistanis are given to waqf. It means lands who should be given to hindus/sikhs/government were given to muslims. 2. The cm of UP donated millions of hectares of dried government lands to waqf. 3. Waqf can claim any land which they are using for some years, it does not matter whether it is donated to them or not. Two things must change in waqf law 1. Both waqf board as well as any one who claims to be owner of land must show the document of ownership otherwise land will go to state government. 2. This solution can work in my opinion Nationalise all waqf land except masjids and kabrestans. Force all people including delhi govt to ambani to mukhtar ansari to pay real time price of the property lumpsump or to make yearly rent if they have built illegal structures on waqf lands. Use that money to build schools, colleges and hospitals for muslims on empty WAQF properties. Rest land govt can lease and sell and should pay atleast 50% revenue to muslim development councils so that money can be used for running of educational institutions and hospitals as well welfare of the needy muslims. If muslims still kept on opposing, this mutwallis, waqf board leaders, politicians and land mafias will engulf all lands slowly for personal use…. And muslims will not gain anything from this in long run.

Summary: 1. If Mr. A has property which he/she is rightful owner of, he will donate it for charity. 2. That land can be used to make madrasa, mosques, schools and hospitals. (Later 2 can be used by people of all religion) 3. There is a caretaker of that land called mutawalli who see the operations, revenue, usage of that land. Issues: 1. No proper records. 2. Illogical claims by waqf board sometimes 3. Corruption by mutawallis and higher waqf board members 4. Influence of politicians and criminals. Solutions: 1. Digitize all records. 2. Simple solution. nationalise all waqf property across nation.
