It is often overlooked how the act of observation can influence the outcome of an experiment. I can attest to this phenomenon simply by focusing my gaze on any object. The essence of our spirit, primarily expressed through our eyes, reflects the activity of our minds, which is fundamental to our perception of reality beyond mere light and physical matter in the universe. This suggests that our existence transcends the physical realm. Our souls, in essence, affirm the presence of a higher power, indicating that we exist within a divine framework. Many individuals fail to grasp the true nature of souls and spirits and their interaction with our physical bodies. The beliefs we hold shape our reality, yet society has often conditioned us to adopt perspectives that contradict our intrinsic spiritual nature. This misunderstanding has contributed to the rapid aging of our civilization, as well as to the conflicts and negative events throughout history. Our collective beliefs significantly influence our future as a society on this planet, which occupies a central position in the universe. There exists a reluctance to embrace this understanding, as many prioritize material wealth over spiritual fulfillment.

Thank you Elle, excellent video. I learned this in my physics degree. Can you please do a meditation for changing ‘missing the sp ‘ into a positive action and using it as a jumping board towards manifestation and the end result. I write about the end almost nightly, however , having been ill, you get to be alone with thoughts and at times negativity and missing the sp take over. ❣️ Ps I have even started wearing a wedding band since he proposed in one of our days out.
