There is a hole I see in the presentation as far as tag team wrestling, and using it to propel storylines that are on par with the singles titles. If the Freebird rules are applied, then the belts can be used to advance faction storylines as well as put aside using trios titles. Thanks for reading

The thing about the dismissal of “flippy floppy” wrestlers is that you’ve had flyers for decades. Hell, lucha is built on it. And Taker and Book were smack dab in the era and worked programs with guys like the Hardyz. From Jimmy Snuka to the Macho Man now to guys like Ricochet and Ospreay, it’s just one style of wrestling. Some people hate hardcore wrestling; some people hate pure technical work. The beauty of the game is that there’s a style and story for everybody.

Love Undertaker and Booker T, but I have to disagree with the take on the new generation taking more risks..when the older gen took more risks than anyone today. Blood was allowed in the attitude era, and was frequently used, multiple chair headshots, concussions, even the whole Benoit ordeal. Talent used to work whether injured or not cause there were little to no medical protocols, TLC started in that era and they had some of the riskiest wrestling spots till date. Undertaker himself threw Mic Foley of a 20foot+ cage, then through the cage to the ring almost breaking his neck, threw Rikishi of the cage to a truck, threw Edge from the top of a ladder through the ring for an inferno spot, then threw Shane off a hell in a cell cage at mania, and was a 7-foot 300+ pound guy, who used to walk tight on the ropes, and suicide dive off from the top to the ground in more matches than he clearly remembers, something he almost broke his neck for when wrestling Shawn at WM25. Its honestly quite hypocritical to be condemning the new era for being too risky, when you guys are the ones who set that tone to begin with. Main event stars will always not need to do much cause they're already over, but don't forget the guys who risked so much to make you look as good.

I felt bad when El Campeon was defeited, he was so edgy as a Champion(and still), love his promos and the story with the JD made Hella fun🔥. Gunther might be a throwback and all but he by himself... those promos be lacking. I mean, Carlitos Colon did The Sleeper 4CAL back in the 80's. I'm sorry folks but wrestling just isn't the same without these guys a part of it anymore. I still watch the business and have for the past 40yrs. Yeah that's a LONG time and i've seen A LOT of changes in that time. But these two gentlemen right here is what really got me invested. I've done promotional marketing for a local indy fed i've worked for off and on. So you could said i've been "IN" the business to a degree. Or at least know a lot about it and what goes on behind the curtain. But these two are truly gifted in their craft and what they brought out of their characters. Taker speaks for itself in terms of what we all know he accomplished. But Booker my god his vignettes with Austin and Goldust were just classic art being performed. Many times i'd tune in just to see those guys do their skits together and forget about the wrestling. Thank you to BOTH gentlemen for leaving me with priceless memories. And i do agree with them the talent today is good but they need to slow it down an tell stories again. Make those big moves special and worth the fans anticipation of seeing them. They'll mean a helluva a lot more when they look back on those matches later on in life.
