The poor girl understands that she didn’t want to press charges but scumbag attorneys pressured her into doing so, probably to make their own paycheck. And clearly the legal drama affected Nicole, otherwise she wouldn’t be so upset. I think it’s kinda like when you’re comforting a child and you make them laugh to ease everything up. It is a big deal when doctors get sued. The patient needs to get another board certified plastic surgeon to sign an affidavit for them - in order to take the doctor to court. Then there’s an entire process that goes on. Absolutely ridiculous that Heather says doctors get sued all the time. They don’t. They are VERY protected. It’s the patients who are NOT! And the way the Dubrows cackled when they said “and thank you for dropping it by the way“ was b.s. and purely for the audience. She most likely didn’t drop it. It probably was settled out of court🙄
