Pastor Hicks- I agree 100% on everything you said. Only the Lord knows our future. We need to Pray for a leader who will get down on his knees and stand up for God for what is right. If we would all turn back to the Lord He would heal this nation. But as Israel keeps turning away from God we seem to be doing the same. However, there are still many out there praying for revival and praying for our country. We are still filled with believers in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. The Bible says that narrow is the way and few who find it. America was founded on Godly principles and has been repeatedly under attack. The side of evil wasn't winning, so it had to go after our young children beginning 80 years ago after World War II. America is not an evil nation, but it is under serious attack, and the goal is destruction, and they want you to believe they're winning. I don't believe they are. If I get off the news and the internet I find that the people of faith are strong and not giving up. Many parents are now bringing their children home and home schooling them as I did in 1995. I am not surrendering to Satan.

You may be confusing a nation that, by virtue of the philosophy upon which was found i.e. selff governance, individual rights etc has grown to be the greatest the world has ever seen, with some sort of utopia, where perfect people exist in a perfect world. Yes, America is full of sinners who need to return to God as well as a few of those founding principles mentioned above. But the idea that it is evil doesn't hold water, specially when you seriously consider the foreign enemies who would love to destroy it. There's no perfect society or culture. One just has choose which one they want to live in.

Just be aware of confusion and false doctrine among some of these and many others. There will NOT be an early pre-tribulation rapture. The Scriptures are clear. We were never promised to escape tribulation. there always has been tribulation. We were promised to escape wrath. Do NOT confuse these two. They are totally different. We are called to REJOICE, PERSEVERE, and be patient in tribulation. We WILL see the antichrist and the beast. Those who ENDURE UNTIL THE END, and who do not accept the mark of the beast shall be saved. Those in Revelation who are seen in heaven, are those who have COME OUT OF the great tribulation. By any possible translation, it is clear that they were IN the tribulation. In Daniel, we are told that THOSE WHO KNOW THEIR GOD... will make great resistance to the evil one who declares that he is god. The chronology of the last days is very clear. 1. Tribulation 2. The earth is reaped. 3. Then, the seven bowls/vials of God's wrath are poured upon the earth.

My hope and prayer as a Godly mother and wife is that there is enough of a remnant of bible believing Christians in America to, by the power of the Holy Spirit, hold back the powers of evil through intercessory prayer and action. My fervent hope is that the United States won’t completely fall until the church is raptured. I see how powerful evil is WITH the presence of the church in our country. One can only imagine the tsunami of evil once the church is gone. We’ve read the end of the book, we know how the story ends. I know that the bride of Christ is not appointed to God’s wrath, however I also know that we are never promised that we will not experience the wrath of sinful man. Pray, pray, pray!

We do need to be in constant prayer for our nation. Just as Hamas attacked Israel so will we be attacked from within. As we see these things approaching all we can do is share the gospel. Someone told me at work why all you do is talk about God, I told him because I love Him and just like He hasn’t came back because He doesn’t want “any” to perish but all come to repentance. Let’s pray and be bold to share the gospel church, wake up and get out of the comfortable place and go out to your neighbors and tell them about Jesus

Praying for this lost sinful nation is not the answer. This nation is NOT our protection or salvation. There is now NO nation... other than the 'holy nation' of Christ's anointed believers that matters. Since Christ, NO nation is being judged. Christ came NOT to judge the world but to save the world.
