That’s what I’m talking about, I’ve learned this in arabic from some analysts a year ago and from that time I was searching for references in English but couldn’t find any, and suddenly after watching a random video this popped up . God I was so happy that I find what I was looking for. Liked Subscribed and saved it to watch it again and hoping to find others about the same concept. I’m even starting to build an indicator based on volume candles with trends and support with resistance that send you alerts when the price closes higher then the ultra high volume candle. Hope it works perfectly. Thank you content creator ( sorry I have no idea whats your name)

I admit I didn't give volume a lot of consideration when I started off as a price action trader. However, I've recently come around to recognizing its power and impact. This video does a great job of highlighting why price AND volume combined together is King so thank you so much for sharing this! I am not sure if you have covered this already on your channel, but a separate video which talks about bullish/bearish volume tests near support/resistance would also be helpful to dive in to. Finally, another useful nugget you mentioned that will probably fly under the radar is when you mentioned 3-4 black candles in a row. That market tendency is a huge part of my edge that I exploit as well so it was cool to see that you are aware of it too haha :)

The wicks that occur after the initiative position is established (the large money that is initiating the price move) -- those subsequent wicks are smaller-time frame inefficiencies that (usually) get addressed. Not to Monday quarterback, if you're going to use volume/price analysis to enter a trade, you should also use it to set your stop loss and profit exit. TSLA double bottom, 2 bull candles, decreasing volume on 2nd candle = pullback. 3rd bear candle on increased volume and not making a new low = bullish. Breakout candle on high volume = entry with stop where everyone else would put their stop. 1st target - increased volume breakdown candle from day before. Pullback, no damaging bear closes = still in trade. Breakout candle = addon, stops moved below low of reaccumulation. 5th wave, waiting for a change of character. Spike in volume followed by reversal candles = exit trade and keep analyzing for the next trade. Next wave down has decreasing volume on the wave down, wait for the next wave, entry on breakdown bar with a stop at either of highs of the waves.

Love the video! Most people will often stick a multitude of indicators that block any really valuable information. As a futures trader, there is one more tool I would suggest, although it is volume again (volume profile). Okay, all of this by itself could easily be an 8-week class. This is such a fundamental thing that needs to be embraced and looked at first before any other thing. A lot of people focus on indicators or all these other things but they're not looking at price action and volume. Think about it, back in the days of ticker tapes, that's all the information they had, stock name price and volume. I think people get so enamored by finding the easy way using an indicator or some other thing that a guru will tell you to use that fundamental stuff like this is discarded. If you wanted to do a full volume price action class I'd be happy to be one of your guinea pigs.

I watched 1 min and the dude just said bullish volume because the bar is green? Brother the bar is green because the candle is green. Not because the volume is bullish. There could have been more hitting of the bid than the ask during that move up just with much less liquidity in the book to the upside. Bullish volume lmao the market is much more nuanced than people think.

The first RLT video i watched was "How to properly interoperate volume"! I rewatched it, along with videos from other instructors, until i landed on another real life trading video (one off the "how to day trade for a living" playlist)! Since then, if i want to learn, it's one of the RLT videos! Mainly the intermediate course playlist but in the last year I've been flat out watching the 'How to Day-trade for a living" and "Advanced trading" playlists!. One of the beautiful things about these playlists is that the RLT channel has a shorter video for all of the subjects, in the instructional videos, that are hard to understand. Seeing this video come out is a-lot like if your favourite band did an anniversary concert for your favourite album

Selling volume at a high and high volume at the low mostly presents itself as high green spikes at the highs and high red volume spikes at the lows. Do not get conflicted.

You’re right for the stock market where these volume bars actually represent the volume of real closed trades/contracts! Unfortunately you can forget about this in Forex. It would have been nice if this was the case for Forex as well.

I think this is all super informative. Learning about rapped traders, and volume has really helped get me closer to not consistently losing money. But i was taught to start thinking this way when i started learning about footprint charts.

Hindsight is 20/20 so no disrespect, Chewy was indeed above a daily 50 vwma when last Wednesday it broke below and never looked back. Chewy could touch 18 before 25. It is what it is, doesn't change his point about volume.
