Hi Jeremy. Thank you so much for this. I have been practicing. A question. If the 1st bear candle above the 10 is a bit far from the 10 but we get another bear candle a couple of bars later and it is closer to the 10 , should we use that for entry or wait for price to break above the 1st bear candle? Thanks for the input.

Hi, Jeremy! I've been practicing this strategy on Forex pairs for some time now. I noticed that in this video you didn't look for the trend. Would you say that that is necessary? For example, if the trend is bullish do I look for a bearish candle that's above the 10 EMA and then place my entry?

10 ema is a good reversal strategy too. But , if you Know what the predominant trend is, definitely trade in that direction

I know you mentioned "first bull/bear candle below/above the 10" but what is lets say on the long side, a series of bearish candles print and now the first bear candle is well above price action, Do you ever move your entry to the last bearish candle printed or just sit out of the trade?

It a stop limit or stop market entry (to be clear) But usually a few Pennies (unless it’s an expensive stock) then maybe a FEW MORE PENNIES

Interesting concept. I didn't hear any mention of "always trade above the 200ema" or volume references. Is it unnecessary in this strat? Iwould think any stock hitting those kinda lows will be below the 200ema.

@@BobSmith-fx5tt you can factor those implements in… sure. =] This is the base line strategy. With practice and other tools you can implement and become even better!!

I noticed it goes to 1R nearly every time. 57 % on some backtest with 2R. Sometimes there is monstrous potential when you catch the beginning of a trend. With some kind of trailing stop.

Nice. You’re gonna like it a lot, but 15 minute chart works well, but use the 15 minute as the bigger timeframe and then go down to a smaller timeframe for your actual trading.
