in the climbing the pole part the left arm was kinda dislodged from the shoulder when it was in the stretched up position. How would you fix that? And how would you put the pole in between the left and right limbs?? Cheers.

you can attach the pole with the character root bone in the composer mode, and you can use the layer manager to rearrange the pole between both limbs!

So on production workflow that's mean we don't have to wait finished characters done to animate right? We could use dummy character (with same bone structures) than apply sama motion later. Am I right?
