What women like her need to realize is that child support is supposed to be used TO support the child. It’s NOT supposed to be used FOR the mother to get paid for being a mother. Why should you get paid for doing what a mother is supposed to do? The child is just as much the mother’s responsibility as it is the father’s. But baby mama culture’s attitude towards motherhood is to treat it as a job you’re supposed to get paid to do. You’re not a babysitter taking care of other people’s kids, you are a mother taking care of your own kid. Of course fathers should step up and financially support his child but he should do so because that’s his child and not because it’s his baby mama’s child. If he not getting paid for being a father why should she be gettin paid for being a mother? Child support is financial aid for your child. It isn’t a reward for taking care of your child. Big difference.

At every school event, sporting event, and recital. It's at this point of their lives that help shape the person they will become. Taking care of your kids should not consist of being a popup dad.
