Really Big Flexi-Discs!

My wife would totally love this, she's so into birds. I remember once I saw some punk band on one rectangular flexi-disc and I still regret not buying it

Very interesting. I've seen lots of flexi discs, or sound sheets as they are sometimes known, but I've never seen flexi discs that big before. They look cool and I actually thought they sounded quite good despite a few clicks here and there, that's probably just a bit of surface noise. Hearing the birds on that record reminded me of a vinyl LP my mum had when I was a kid. It was called Bird Sounds In Close Up, recorded by Victor Lewis. It was released here in the UK on PYE records in 1969. My mum's one was a 1973 reissue on the Hallmark label. Great memories. Thanks for sharing.

Reminds me of the band... Middle of the road.. They did a song called chirpy chirpy cheep cheep.. Back in the seventies.. Think it was them anyway...wonder how your bird would react to these sounds... Interesting show... Cheers.. Ade
