Ouch, this elev's got a shot door motor... I've seen one instance of an old Thyssen stepmodul elev that had a similar fault where it manages to shut the doors but falsely (as the doors are closed with no apparent obstacles blocking them) goes into "reverse nudge" (e.g. when something is blocking the doors and that the elevator tries to open the doors) before retrying to close...

The inner door motor is working, however I did noticed on the left side the gate was binding, and did not go down all the way. Probably why the interlock remained open. Till it was shut. Could be a fault in the trip switch cutting the motor off too soon. However, does need some maintenance.
