One of OG's key points is only God can save you in prison. You can be the biggest guy, and you can still get turned out. No workouts can make you concrete, 2 or more guys can jump you and take your manhood. The main point don't go to prison in the first place.

Much respect to OG Percy, first time hearing this man. Grew up in Detroit in the 80/90's workin since 12 years old walking, catching the bus... working every job party stores, fast food, dish washing, security, meijer, K-mart and much more living in a house with no heat and lights. My dad lost his Marathon gas station with a autoshop due to his divorce so I lived in the streets with my dad on the east/west side. My dad was an alcoholic due to his divorce and a devote apostolic baptized and holy ghost filled Christian who backslid. Eventhough he didn't go to church he made sure I went every Sunday. With my mom putting me out at a young age I lived with my dad and my other 4 siblings living with my mom. I learned street smarts and seen how the streets work in Detroit, at age 13, I was carrying groceries to people's cars, running the lottery machine, selling beer and cigarettes to adults, pimps, drug dealers at the party store. I was fixing on my dads car evertime it broke down. I focused on school bc I needed to make a life for myself, my HS in Detroit was a aircraft mechanic school, ended up going to the community college doing criminal justice, automotive, aviation. Worked automotive for 5 years at Sears and at an engine shop in Detroit. Been at the airlines as a mechanic since 2006 and went to school for my CDL and Heavy equipment diesel mechanics in 2011 just in case. During these times I got taken advantage of by a woman and had to start over. Now with my wife of 9years with one child and 4 step children. I have to older step children with no respect, lazy, can't keep a job, foul language, in and out of jail, and much more. This young generation in lazy and ungrateful which the Bible warns us about. I try to be an example but they don't listen and I tell my wife when someone dosen't respect authority you gonna have problems in life. Either dead or in jail. I tell them but they don't listen. Watching OG in these interviews.... this brother is wise with experience and is an example of what not to do so the young generation dosen't have to go through what he did in prison. OG you know the bible as well, Acts 2.38 Then Peter said unto them Repent be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of your sins and you will receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. The rapture is near, Jesus is soon to return. OG, continue to educate our young people with your knowledge and experience so they won't continue down the wrong path. God uses many people in many ways and he is using you, obviously you see this.... you are a wonderful mentor! Keep up the good work 👍 What profit a man to gain the whole world but to loose his soul, the bible tells us the story about the rich man in hell and Lazarus. For the love of money is the root of all evil.... people will kill you out here bc of jealously. It's very wicked out here in these last days....We are the last generation.... Jesus is soon to return. Sin cannot inherent the kingdom of God... lying, fornication, stealing, adultery and much more cannot enter heaven period as the Bible clearly states. When you die there are no do-overs. Heaven and hell is real and for eternity.... no more minutes, days and nights, years! If you end up in hell you will be tortured forever..... forever......it will never end and you will never get use to it and you can't ask Jesus for mercy bc in hell Jesus is not there. I went though a divorce, woman used me for papers, now dealing with disrespectful grown adult stepchildren with no respect. I rather be homeless, go through a divorce, end up in prison than to loose my SOUL. Going to hell is a million billion times worse and going to heaven is beyond our imagination... For example Diddy and these entertainers have it all and reject GOD... who are they serving? If you have every car you wanted, women, yahts, mansions, don't have to work, vacations anywhere in the world like Famous athletes.... no amount of money can buy you a ticket in heaven.. Jesus doesn't care about your money... he needs your ❤, just like OG said... In prison Diddy is one of us...his money and status dosen't gain him anything period! Jesus just wants a relationship with us, going to church, reading the Bible, praying daily, asking for forgiveness for our sins. Being good does not guarantee us a seat in heaven. If you accept Jesus, Repent as we are all sinners, baptized in Jesus name, and receive the holy ghost speaking in tounges.... Jesus will do the rest.... he just needs our ❤..... he can remove that addiction, stop the lust, remove you from that prison, stop you from gang banging. Here im this world 🌎 its a spiritual realm, a spiritual warfare like OG mentioned with the devil looking to see who he can devour and destroy to take to hell with him bc in the end he knows Jesus and the Saints are going to judge the world. You do not want to hear those words from Jesus.... get thee before me I never knew you.... we are in a spiritual battle daily bc this is the last days! What profit a man to gain the whole world but to loose his soul!!! OG PERCY you speak the truth and are hilarious 😂, God has work for you to do and needs to use you more than you know... I need to see you in heaven....we need to hear those words... well done my good and faithful servant! I'm not that smart but I smart enough to know that Jesus is real and that we are in a spiritual battle fighting for our seat in heaven. But Jesus... I was good.... I was a billionaire, I fed the homeless, gave to charity (JESUS)...I NEVER KNEW YOU! EVERYONE GIVE THEIR LIFE TO JESUS.... Don't let the devil trick you due to your live circumstances please. Thanks OG Percy for your wise knowledge and experience towards this generation. “The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much” Our past Generations have prayed for us before we were born....listen to your parents so you don't die in sin... IF God didn't take you to prison you would have ended up dead and in hell! Innocent people in prison too. God is on another level and his ways are not ours. Our children die, we loose our job, house, marriage, get cancer, abused... I can't get mad at Jesus, I have to have faith that he has my back and I'm not in this alone... I just have to hold on a little while longer until we are caught up into the sky!

Percy went from saying you can’t stop rape if they really want you, to Vernon didn’t fight hard enough and wanted it. This is the foolishness that keeps victims from telling their stories to get help and prevent it from happening to others. You have a voice OG, big enough to sway public opinion. Use it wisely.
@cadillacblack64884 ай бұрын
"A soldier dies a thousand deaths. A soldier dies but once." There's nothing foolish about what Percy said. Words have meaning, and Vernon said the man LAID him down. There's no violence in being laid down. When my children were still children, I laid them down many times, and there was never anything rough or violent about it. Wharf keeps them from speaking out has nothing to do with what anyone says or thinks, and everything to do with the shame, embarrassment, and humiliation they have for not fighting like a cat in a corner to their last breath, and then afterwards being too much of a coward to take that steel and cut the person they should hate the MOST from ear to ear while he sitting at the table playing dominoes. Scared to fight, and scared to die. A man can only physically die one time. If you're not willing to die about your manhood, then you will die spiritually every time you get used and abused, sold to another man for 10 bags of coffee and a pair of gently used tennis shoes, made to walk behind whoever you belong to at the moment, holding their pocket. Even after your master passes out from drinking too much hooch, still too scared to attempt to avenge a salvage what is left of your manhood. He shouldn't have been running around robbing banks like he was bout that life, knowing he was a coward. The only fight you lose in prison is the one you don't fight. Those scars will heal, and you'll be respected as a Man. Vernon was looking for a friend, a protector, and latched onto somebody he saw others feared, thinking because they were "supposed to be from the same place" he would save him from the other wolves. So he dies every night when he goes to bed, every time the red light takes forever. You're probably dying inside just reading this. I'd rather die on my feet than live on my knees.

@@cadillacblack6488 True but Vernon told his truth regardless. He trusted when he should not have. Like Percy said....never go in another man's cell. He let his guard down. And its sad because based on what Percy explained...Vernon got his butt taken again and again. more than likely. So he messed up for life. That's why he ain't got no children or woman now. Sad. Prison is savage. I never been and never hope to go.
@cadillacblack64884 ай бұрын
@@dlhodge7209 I've been there. I left TDCJ November 2019, and I get off parole in 52 days. I'm 95% certain everybody but Vernon saw the play. You go down there and not gang related, looking for a friend, you'll end up with a husband. I have a First 3 rule I live by, county jail or prison. When roll up I put my bed roll on my bunk and go straight to the day room and sit as far away as I can from everybody, and wait. The first three people that come speak to me are the last three I'm gonna associate with. The welcoming committee, they are the snakes and roaches Percy spoke about. These same three are the first to approach everybody the comes in on the new. This last time though I had to break that rule for one of them, because even though we were both "retired", we came from the same organization, and he was a Muslim, too. I told him that was the ONLY reason associated with him, because he was the first of the first 3 on that unit.

I started watching this interview at 2:00 am & watched it all the way through. O.G. Percy give the game on Prison like nobody else. I'm 32 years old & never been to jail or prison & hope to GOD I don't make a decision to take me there. O.G said some real shit...I don't care how big you is or how good you can fight. If 4 niggas jump on you... & Everybody grabbing ya arms and ya legs whatchu gon do?

Why our black men speak so highly of wasting life in prison. There's so much pride when they speak of being incrasurated. Bragging, u can see the pride in their faces speaking of prison life.

Because he survived. Many people couldn’t imagine these experiences. They wouldn’t make it. They would break. It’s not pride of being in prison it’s pride of surviving prison. Knowing that you didn’t bend, break or fold under pressure. It’s a trauma response. Same way people look at war differently. You have those who are proud and those who are devastated. The only difference is one is showing their reaction and the other is hiding. He constantly talks about how devastated he is.

Y'all think this is entertaining? Damn, black people are truly ruined. This shit is sick. I think the black population needs to decide and divide. Normal blacks separate from the lunatics. We can be Gz without all the depraved lunatic shit. Fuckin pathetic. Can't believe grown ass men think this is cool to put out to the rest of the world to see. That's why we are now a GLOBAL DISGRACE
