Jail aint no place anyone really wanna be. I had a broken heal in there and I almost lost my my whole damn leg bc they would not even change the dressing for me for WEEKS! (Lucky me, it was snowing in Washington State and my court date was pushed 3 weeks out🙄) The only thing that helped me was the one male doctor that came in one time in the female ward. I softly grabbed his arm and asked him "please I beg you to look at my foot, please sir. I said, If it is fine then I will appologize and u can leave, If its not then please help me sir, please." He took one look and said Ill be right back. He came back in 4min flat with two other female nurses who ignored me for week's asking for help. That man doctor yelled at them nurses tellin them, " if this woman looses her damn leg the lawsuit will be severe! Don't ever let me see this happen again to any inmate!" He was my angel. After he came in one time he continued to come and check on me daily until it was better. I was so grateful. I can't even imagine what my life would be like with no leg. Jail is not a place I or u want to be. - I promise y'all!🤍

Tell ‘em baby! These little kids think they’re tough and hard, but they’re softer than mashed potatoes! I’m a teacher and I grew up harder than these kids, but they wanna thug and act up. They call themselves fighting and they are not hitting with closed fist (like it’s WWE!) and they arms look like that little drum thing from karate kid with the strings on it! Just flailing around like rock em sock em robots. I keep telling them “listen, you not tough! You aren’t!” They wanna end up in there and then they get there and they cry to they folks about coming home. Everyone is a tough guy until a tough guy shows up.

Hey, I have been in your situation, it's was my mom tho. Anyone who has never laid awake and prayed that the cops call saying they're safe but in trouble, because the only other option is a coroner call, that's a pain and something you can't make Anyone comprehend that hasn't been there. I'm praying for your brother. My mom had 20 yrs clean before she died last month, but I don't know if I can ever forget studying for tests in school and my mind and heart being so preoccupied with constant prayer to God that my mom is ok, or she calls me ill never forget it, and it's nothing I wish on a single soul. People have called me awful names for hoping to see her ok even if it were in jail, I've been attacked, lied about, but nobody knows what it's like.

Stumbled here for Jag… I’m in for good now. Love everything you guys are doing out there to be great storytellers and giving a platform for truth and d for the otherwise voiceless. Kind of the same reason I did anti-recidivism work here in Chi and throughout Il state prisons. I’ve even spent time in ministry and leadership capacities with church planting inmate pastors who’ve changed their lives all the way to death towers down at Angola, LA state Penn. You know what. I remember when I was younger, my cousin got in trouble, and her mom grounded her. My cousin was upset and actually begged for the whoopin! My aunt said no, you're grounded! No skating rink, no mall, no movies, and no phone. Now I realize it was her freedom she didn't want taken, because at that age I was astounded that she wanted the whoopin.

To have 4 Sons in prison, this man has learned nothing doing his lifetime, and he's taught his Sons nothing and that's why they are where they are at. I hear him talking, but he's really saying nothing. The young man sitting next to him is paying him NO DAM MIND and will probably see a jail cell sooner rather than later. People YA'LL don't have to be a critical thinker to know or SEE 👀 this. What is the purpose of this interview, Make it make sense 😢!
