There is a special Flood Spawner called the Grunt Spawner that spawns only Flood Grunts! My idea ;)

When you think about it probably it is something that happens, the flood is quite creative to infect, maybe the spill supercell in the bullets they are using, so anyone who gets shot by pne of these will be infected over time
