Oh , train tracks and feral animals… At work we had a cat that was on the train and had an unfortunate passing. Thankfully, an employee took care of it. I have 2 cats I have taken home from work and have placed several,several cats with other employees.

My advice to the gals trying to catch this dog is to not let the leash you're using just dangle from your hand where they can see it! You're the one that said they are smart! They've probably had people dragging them around on a leash and avoids leashes!

The tan pitbull isn't fixed, and from the look of the female pitbull, she isn't either So yeah, she wanted to be near him to breed Which we don't need more dogs or cats, no matter the breed Hopefully she didn't get pregnant
