Hi there I purchased these one year ago and i would like to address some issue u will face with these. First one is it will intrupt/ruin ur privacy as songs and whatever ur listening will be little bit audible to anyone sitting with u ,i went to sevice centre regarding this issue and they said its not an issue it works like this. and recently its max volume has decreased too much.

i found an issue in this product while listening to music in ANC mode on the right earplug it creates a distortion sound when played songs between 70 - 100 level of volume and not just normal distortion its very irritating kinda sound it will ruin your mood to enjoy your music. Well not just right earplug but also there's distortion issue on the left earplug but less distortion compared to right earplug. Spoke to customer care they said there's no return or exchange policy I'll have to visit Service center, its very sad that realme doesn't have exchange policy also Although have handed over the product to service center for replace.
