​@@neo7759 Gotta disagree. Fragrances are naturally for others around you by design - considering that 15 minutes after you put a scent on yourself you generally can't smell it anymore due to olfactory fatigue. If you can, you've put on too much. You do you though.

A person that dresses a certain way, acts a certain way, or even smells a certain way just to get the approval of others has some soul searching to do in my opinion.

My all time fav for fall and winter is Body Kouros by Yves Saint Laurent. I’ve never gotten more compliments from both women and men. I’ve even had friends that were embarrassed to ask what I was wearing but absolutely needed to know because it smelt that good. It’s so soft and clean… best ever imo

Now I usually do scent split or decantx and get a small amount that lasts a long time. My favorites are Parfum de Marly.

Yes they can get bad some faster than other. To keep time alive as long as possible keep them in a dark/cool place like a cabinet. Sunlight is the worst for them. If you take care of them usually 10-15 years is no problem. But there are also 50-70 year old Parfume out there. But this pretty mutch luck if the stay good for such a long time. Usually the higher the alcohol content the longer they stay in good conditions. Also full bottles should be good for a longer time.

My Invictus Parfum smells like doo doo. I got a decant and the decant smells like Invictus Legend but with that black soap note added, a bit boozy, much smoother and it projects like a mofo. While the legit one smells so cloying and not anything close to the decant. Anybody else got that issue?

I really enjoy many of the niche and independent frags. I was able to get a bottle of Hendley's Bloodline, I blend it with another of his fragrances Mown. This blend is out of this world. I also like Sidama by Gentlemen's Nod, and Park of the Monsters by In Fieri.

Have you checked out the Eau de parfum Prisme Vert by Patek Maison? Its absolutely mental, I dropped the hammer on a bottle as its not often I find a quality fragrance with a great tangerine top note. Ever since I grabbed it its become my daily!

Guys, are you looking for the ultimate panty-dropping fragrance that makes women scream? Here it is: FACE SLAP. Stop simping! Instead, find something that makes you feel like a boss. When you feel like a boss, you act different....and that is what attracts them, not so much the smell itself. It's all about how you feel at the end of the day. Besides, all women like different frags, as I tested so many in public over the years. One girl will absolutely love a specific fragrance, and the very next girl hate it. There is no one magic scent they all agree upon. And never ask a large group of girls as they often all follow what their "group leader" likes. So you must stop the madness of trying to please them and please just yourself. Action plan: as a noob, to develop your own nose you must smell a ton of fragrances, sample a ton as well since all of them smell wildly different on your skin vs on paper. This means buy as many 1 ml samples as you can, keep testing, and you'll eventually find your boss scent(s). You need at least one for each temperature range (ie Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter). It took me about 350 samples (over several years of testing) to find my fragrance wardrobe of about 10 winners I rotate through. These were the ones I eventually bought as bottles. Do not horde bottles like KZbin collectors (sorry Antonio) who are insane to burn so much money, especially since fragrances have a shelf life and don't last in their bottles forever. I started off loving the mass-produced designer fragrances (nearly all the ones in this video) but now, having tested so many so thoroughly, 98% of designer frags sadly smell to me like the synthetic cheap weak chemical crap they are. The best fragrance houses are ones you likely never heard of and make small batches with far higher-quality ingredients. Nearly all of them are based in Europe...and cost $$$. That's life, if you want to drive a Bentley it's going to cost more than a Kia. Good luck!
