Not only driving badly but stupidly! The rule of the road is to drive on the left. So clearly you are hugging the outside (fast lane) Lane when the road is clear. I saw a motorist overtaking on the inside lane...dangerous. When are the traffic people going to get it right.Crazy rules, half US and half UK. A sorry state is Guyana!!!

Police has been selling drivers licenses for ages. A lot of people have no business on the road, but a corrupt civil service put them there after demanding bribes. They need to be all re-licensed.

Rules are different in Guyana. If it’s drivable you can use the road, donkey carts as well. If you don’t like it, give it a thumbs down without the insult. Come on!

@ rules of the road are generally universal. Unsafe driving causes accidents which kills people.
