I was invited to shop the contents of this house which ended up being a great sale. Because of the local ordinances, publicly listed estate sales are not allowed, so It was just 'invite only'.

Royce was sold in Roscoe Village in Coshocton, Ohio, by a former employee of Longeraberger. Made the same way. But they have closed also.

Why are "publicly listed estate sales not allowed"? My guess is because it's some historic, wealthy community where there are many great and important pieces which the 'antiquer' 'historical item dealers' community wants to keep as a captive market all to themselves.
