Some really nice things. Oh my, that dish set is Royal Albert country roses. I have two sets of four new in Box plus all the extra pieces. I even have table flatware, table cloths, napkins and the fancy napkins holder. Coffee set and the tea set. I’ve been collecting it for years. Just never used it. I have many China sets. One day I’ll use it your sell it.

Central Florida is pretty much all modernized and full of rich people who live in gated communities. The older, smaller towns are outside of the greater Orlando metro area

The last place you went to took forever for them to get all the details worked out with the city to finally open. They also, if I remember correctly charge over $400 a month to be a vendor. I'm thinking closer to $450. a month. They haven't been open very long. I'm glad you went. I haven't been there yet and don't feel like I'm missing much. I really hope for the vendors sake..... It does well

The estate sales had some fancy items. You did well. Also, I'm with you about the booths, should have the vendor there. Seems to me that would increase sales and eliminate that call the vendor and wait thingy.

I know what you mean…however….I have a small booth in an antiques and collectibles store (along with nine other dealers) and even though I do my required 2 days a month of working at the store, (the larger booths have to do 3) none of the dealers can be there all the time to answer questions about a reduced price or other questions. I know when I’m buying something and would buy it if it were a lower price, I rarely ask the person on duty to call 📞. It is kind of awkward. But I don’t mind getting these calls bc I will usually give them a lower price (not too low but reasonable,) and then I get the item SOLD. 😊

@Nancy Loomis I've been in many booths when there is no price on the item. I usually just put it back because there is no one to ask. On a recent trip, I found something I really wanted looked all over in case the price tag fell off. I asked at the register if they had a price list. They didn't and called the vendor. No answer, so I just left it. I had a booth and left a price list with the cashier and wrote on the item what had wiggle room, if any. But that's just me, I'm not much on waiting around.

@@pattianderson4843 Yep...I don't blame you. I try to be real good about getting prices on everything, but stuff happens. We have a policy for every vendor of 10% off on items over $10 if the customer asks and then there are various other discounts that vendors may offer. But it's not worth going to too much trouble to buy something unless it's just really important for some reason. 😊

I was shocked at the ocala mall that they didn't just fill sections so customers wouldn't see all the empty spaces. We spoke to the owner whos a nice guy. He came from Washington state and owned a logging company. Him and his daughter own it. We hope he makes it, but if owners can open only when they want...it might seem bad if someone goes there and sees so many closed shops. If you ever need someone with a truck to help you if you get a dinette or something...reach out to me and i can try to help as i have one.

Hi there, just so you that Ocala Mall is pretty new still. I was there about 2 months ago. Was talking to one of the vendors there and she shares a booth and they pay $400 a month!!
