I have insomnia & I take medicine for sleep, also I take medicine for my anxiety. But when I first watched your video… that was my first and last time that I watched your full video. You introduced yourself as a physiotherapist then you use chiropractic techniques! No respectable physio on Earth would use useless, snake-oil chiro rubbish. I understand this is just a video, of course, but I feel like this sort of thing leads to confusion between real, scientific-based medicine and quack snake-oil 'alternative' medicine.

I agree - I try to make it clear I do these videos for entertainment purposes only and it's not actually medically accurate. Certain keywords will increase the reach of my videos. For example, people searching for videos like this will often use the word chiropractor in their search, and so if I don't include that word, my video won't be found or it won't be watched as much. Even if my video is exactly what they want. Next week I have created an orthopaedic assessment video, but again if I don't use certain keywords, it won't be picked up as much. I try to create a blur between what's real and fantasy. Many people will enjoy the act of the body being assessed whether it is a chiropractor, orthopaedic surgeon, physiotherapist or doctor. My goal is the ASMR however, realism makes people feel the ASMR stronger, so going forward I will research more so I am using terminology as best I can.

Dish washing gloves are rubber and go all the way up to the middle of the arm, sometimes almost to the elbow. The ones she’s wearing are vinyl and don’t go past her wrists, therefore not for washing dishes. Get a clue dude.
