Right, wouldn't that just suck if someone took you out an cost you 30 or so points that prevents you from moving onto the next round. Than you went on to win homestead, wouldn't that just suck right? I don't see much difference than Kenseth an Logano here. Drivers should know that wrecking someone else who is also in the playoff with them, can cost them a championship. Hell just wrecking someone you are racing week in an week out should be enough to sway your decision not to do it because of its consequences. If something does happen, it'll be interesting to see how Nascar handles it.

I wouldn’t say it’s the dirtiest move I’ve ever seen, but I completely agree with you. I’m a Hamlin fan myself (no hate please), and I can say that I’ve lost a LOT of respect for him. He should not have run Elliot that hard into the corner. As you said, there is NO excuse for that. The fact that Hamlin couldn’t even live up to what he did made it that much worse. Hopefully Elliot can go out and win, because he deserves to make the championship round more than the 11.
