In the same Sangareddy video he told Sadashivpet is waste like that he told.but after 5 years he will make one more video about Sadashivpet is good like that but by that time prices will touch 25k. So investment should be decided by your budget and time. Nothing else. Everybody is telling Kadthal will not develop. One good advantage for Kadthal is it’s completely on highway. No village on Srisailam Highway is having that advantage

Hello Ramakanth garu. Sangareddy is not of 1 or 2 km radius. I think when you looked it might be in residential area. So that is the reason it might be 20 to 25k. It was not intended for investment. If customer would have choosen for investment, it will be just around 10 to 15k then. But now the same is 25k which shows 10 to 15k of appreciation in span of 2 years. If you dont mind, would you let me know the venture you looked for 25k 2 years before?
