The people that come from india to u.s., get a grant from the government ( that they dont pay back) buy motels, gas stations food franchises and aren't liable to pay state and federal taxes for 7 years. It is illegal in the EU to make a person a non resident. In order for any EU country to deport any individual it most have confirmation of that person's country of origin.

It's very ironic how the UK Immigration Officer (who obviously a non white of Indian or Pakistani descent) is treating the illegal person so rudely and is very judgmental & conclusionary. In turn, the British officers tend to be more patient and are non judgmental . Its true that in the 3rd World one has to be more skeptical when dealing with your own nationality. Your own countrymen are the ones that oppress you the most once they have achieved a position of authority. It's called a colonialized mentality.

Clandestines seem to think this is funny - over and over and over. They (officials) accomplish nothing by returning to country or other origin only to have them try again. Changes need to be made, what or how I don't know. I feel frustrated just watching the videos. Sad really!

I don't think they find it funny, its called being sheepish. They got caught and they don't really understand the language nor what is really happening with all the cameras and stuff. So they just smile. And from what they shown on the show, the Clandestines don't seem to be hostile. They're persistent but when they're caught, they seem to cooperate with the authorities.

If they authorities are intimidating, the Clandestines are going to be less likely to cooperate. If you hadn't realise, these men and women sometimes travel with children or are perched in really precarious positions. Intimidating them means someone's bound to get hurt real bad. The officers have done a good job.
