It's sad that a child can sit there and say that school shootings are normal

the teacher's brother was amazing. What a genuine human being- my heart broke for him when he was talking about his sister's hug.

This poor little boy sounds like he is 40 years old, the wisdom he holds is amazing. So very sad, to be robbed of your childhood like this.

I hope that little boy is getting therapy. He is devastated and he needs to be told he will be okay. You can see the terror in his eyes from the memories. God bless.

I feel so bad for that boy in blue. Hes so articulate but you can tell he hasn't quite processed what happened and is just pushing it all down. I really hope hes doing ok and has gotten help

Imagine having to choose between going in that building to save one of your children or stay alive because you have other children at home . What a terrible, awful decision to make. 😔

That little boy was so mature while he was speaking. I bet this event made him loose his childhood. So sad.

Hearing a kid that young say he’s heard people die is absolutely gut wrenching. That’s awful.

I’m not trying to be mean but the little boy looks very lonely and depressed and the fact that he does not want to share his felling is sad cause he can not come out of his shell so I do think he needs help because he looks very scared

As the oldest sibling and now a mother myself..... It physically pained me, choked me, and brought me to uncontrollable tears to watch this. I have so much love I want to send to the parents and the survivors and friends and family.... Oh my gosh :(

I wonder if this kid talked like this before the tragedy. The way he talks is kind of concerning
