I'm Thai in the Northeast of Thailand...but I like to visit Phuket many times. I love Phuket the most..Phuket is a very beautiful island with a very beautiful seaside, great food. Lots of fruit, very good food, very kind people...I definitely need to visit again..I miss Phuket very much.

Loved watching this as I have ridden down this route (and back) so many times when I have stayed in Phuket at the Kathathani Resort in Kata Noi. I love the view, the changing landscapes and the way some sections of the road become so much cooler when you pass the areas with more more tropical forest. Watching it, I knew every curve of the road and the places along the way. I look forward to returning again :)

My most favorite​ is Naiharn Beach. My kids can swim at that small canal which connect to the sea. It's​ very safe for kids. 😄

Very hot. Thailand has 3 seasons: summer, cold, and rain. Southern Thailand is hotter than other regions. In the north, the weather is good, not very hot.

@@paulo1801 Nonsense. The Phuket climate throughout the year ranges from 32°C to 34°C. While warm, this is certainly not 'very hot' compared to other locales around the world. Everything is relative.

Of course, because of you and your vids, my purchase of lottery tickets has increased so I can someday see that beautiful country. Just kidding about the lottery tickets but I do enjoy your vids and hopefully I will visit some day. By the way it would not be a short visit, considering the weather where I live [ Manitoba north of the 53 parallel } the temperatures have been -30 to -40 for almost 3 months. At the very least your vids keep me warm.

Even though hotel prices have appreciated over the past decade, the going rates are still rather relatively cheap. The biggest impediment to a Phuket holiday from North America is the damn time commitment, as a staggering _60 hours_ is required for the return trip from Winnipeg. Four flights to Toronto, London, Bangkok, then finally Phuket. Phenomenal.

I am from US and plan to stay 3 weeks this summer in Thailand. No experience driving in the right side at all, but I have seen many people saying that it is easy, get used very fast. Other people do not recommend at all. So... not sure. I like to rent always in all my vacation to have more mobility and go wherever and whenever we want to go, so we really would like to do it. But of course, safety is first. Planning to drive in smaller cities like Chiang Mai, Phuket and Koh Samui, but not in Bangkok where traffic is heavier and there is a good public transportation system. What do you recommend? Any comment/input appreciated!
