I think the biggest challenge for us newer agents is the knowledge… we can call and say the scripts but there’s so much more to it than just that. Listing presentations … being able to explain why the house didn’t sell etc. it would help if we knew about these things so we can add more value during the cold call.

I sold 7.2 million my first year last year mostly with expireds. They are one of the most overlooked methods of lead gen for realtors and ironically one of the easiest to convert.

Bro I still work at T-Mobile make close to 80k in my current position but I'm not in NY so my cost of living lower but he had to be doing decent money at T-Mobile I'm not quiting my job until I actually make a amount that replaces my income I can use these tactics be skillful and still close deals part time without having to quit my job cause as he says in his videos it's about skill and can call 2 hrs a day after or before work so I can make the calls don't quit your job people not until youve closed enough to replace your work income this guy had the money to afford Brandon's Coaching program because of his job at T-Mobile

weekly emails are cool. I used to send out garbage emails. when I finally started adding little bits of funning my personality on top of market information, my unsubscribes are down to 1, if not 0 on a weekly basis

Either way, you’ll have to get in front of people. If you fail at the first couple of appointments then so be it, but you still need to call the people to even get an appointment

You can expand your service area and/or begin circle prospect the FSBOs and your current listings. If you happen to run out of those, look up historic expireds. My MLS will allow you to go back at least 15 yrs.

Do you have any randomized control studies detailing locations and conditions besides this single case study? Statistics and surveys would be helpful. I have several scripts, what makes this one different? You are coaching someone in an urban area, what about the scattered masses in rural residential areas?
