I'll tell you this. I have these for the 4runner with the frame mount. It takes three hands to mount the rails. I used a large washer to hold the joiner up so I could start the bolts. START IN THE MIDDLE. You'll thank me later. It took me 1.5 hours for the sliders after I figured out what to do.

Why not 4 brackets per side? Can extras be ordered. I’m 6’6” 250#, seems to have a good amount of flex if I step quickly? Thanks

Far easier to loosely attach the mounting brackets to the board first. Move the brackets approx to where the mounting bolt holes are under the rockers. Lay down under the vehicle and pull the board over you with the brackets positioned next to the mounting holes. Push the bar with brackets up to the mounting holes, loosely thread the nuts on the middle bracket. Then slide over to the front and then the rear. Then go back and and tighten things up. Only way to do these by yourself lol.
