Been trading for 2 years now and I literally have no data on my style of trading. That was a great takeaway from this interview for me! Thanks for interview.

Check out Trade Metria. Great software to track you’re performance. Also look up Smb Capital Trading journal and playbook to learn how and why journaling matters

Lots of knowledge gained and areas to explore further from this interview. Looking forward to reading the books. Thanks

I'll stick to swing trading. If I can't catch a two week or longer macro trend I often won't even play it. Mental stoploss for swing trading, totally different strategy, that's the great thing about markets.

2% Position Size seems massive as a Short Term Trader. As a Prop Trader I have a Daily Risk Limit of 40 Basis Points. And I only take about 5-10 Basis point Risk on each trade, day trading Equities

@Don Alpha Ah, then I mixed stuff up. I thought 2% Risk per Trade, not 2% Position Size.

If by technical analysis you mean traditional patterns like head/shoulders then yes I agree but price action absolutely does work. I’ve spent hundreds of hours back testing PA strategies and many of them achieve a much better win rate than this guy’s 50%.

Hi. How can I get in contact with the Norway specialist? I’m Norwegian and it would be interesting to get the objective opinion from someone that knows how things move. Thank you and great content!

Why would a guy who works for a big bank let retail know how to trade?
@wolfbloodost9970 Жыл бұрын
Banks could tell you everything about how they trade and you still would struggle beating them
@universalis2438 Жыл бұрын
@@wolfbloodost9970 why would you want to even beat the banks or market makers....just ride on their backs..
