If you think it's the start of another 'roaring 20's', then it obviously isn't. Bull markets are born from the depths of despair and drawdowns, not stonks and SPACs

Gdp is up because we took on more loans. So the profits of which he speaks are just loans. And the stocks were bought with loans. These are not bought free and clear.

If 100% of loans equals 100% of GDP then there is no GDP, there is only debt.

The only time I lost money in the markets was with the Walmart of advisors and the big banks. This type of programming and self promotion should be the NEW normal. Everyone deserves to make a dollar, who would you rather share your hard earned money with? Those who make an effort and earn your trust and deserve compensation. Great channel, stay safe🙏🏻❤️

He will have to move to China to convince me. Move there. More importantly, move his money there. Not other people’s money. His own money. I ran out from Hong Kong. I wonder if he is willing to run the opposite direction.

It doesn’t work like that. The markets for us goods could go down if the Chinese are consuming their own industries. Tesla for example. The Chinese might copy Tesla. What’s Musk going to do? Sue them?

It was statistical boom: 1% increase in interst rates lead to 4% take from GDP- this system is not designed to grow but continue like that is also not really sensible... Thank you so much for this gorgeous and really enriching talk.

“ The wealth of a nation isn’t printing money. It’s in your factories, farms, and services provided”. Vijay Botapati, A Bullish Case for Bitcoin. The business of the USA use to be business. In 1975, Beijing was a village, with 4 cars. Empires are destroyed within. Will Peter Zeihan’s Disunited Nations play out for Mexico, and the United States? We will see.

The stockmarked tells the serfs they will live in serfdom forever. Work/wages can lift you from serfdom, only connection to FED/those printing money can save you. The rich people know this - their children go to school in order to get connections , and a little knowledge.

It’s not because he says the truth that I don’t like this guy, it’s because he is not allowing the other person to talk. When someone talks without listening to the other, how can I take his words about the market? After all, one needs the ability to listen to the music, if one wants to predict the future.

Interesting narrative but I think he has some of it wrong, improvement in the household balance sheet will be key to long term recovery for America, China is not as strong as he is making out and industries and countries are positioning themselves not to be as China focused as they were in 2018 in terms of both trade and production. The comparison to the the Chinese stonks market with it not supporting Zombi companies is a bit flaky as almost no one invest in the Chinese's stonk market not even the Chinese, the bubble in China is in restate. Also very hard to get true data out of China on growth, shadow banking, money supply, inflation, employment... almost anything that would help one make a long term macro decision.

Your “No one is going to go to the Politburo threatening kidnapping and carrying rifles” when a million people had their vote and representation stollen from them, and the FBI and CIA plants ran an incursion of 0.01% that lead to 4 concerned patriots dying, one executed without any warning unarmed, with hundreds held in cages ever since for praying in chamber make your comment crass if not grotesque, David Rosenberg.
