Seattle Police K9 'Jedi' Eats Man For Lunch

On March 29, 2019 Seattle Police were called to a report of a man who had just violated an order of protection by literally showing up inside the house of the woman he was ordered to stay away from.
The offender was known to police as someone with a history of both running from and fighting with officers. Last time around it had taken four officers to subdue the offender, and officers were injured in the process.
That's why, when SPD Officer Dupree heard the call and a request for K9 assistance, he jumped on it - heading over to the house with his police dog partner Jedi.
Watch as Jedi chases down the offender - through a patch of thorny blackberry bushes, and eats this dude for lunch. Caution - this footage may be disturbing to some viewers.

When I first heard about Jedi last year, it was when he tracked down that jail escapee in an industrial warehouse, after seeing the bond between Jedi and the officer, I knew I had to see more today I came looking for more of him just to find out he was killed...Rest In Peace, Jedi, you will always be a hero.

Too bad that not all K-9s have vests. So sad when I hear of one of them shot or stabbed to death by the criminal. These vests saves lives and these wonderful and dedicated dogs deserve as much protection as the human officers. It’s the humans who put these dogs in these situations. PROTECT THEM! They are cops too and they too want to go home to their human family.
