iPhone 11 Pro Max Screen Replacement (Fix Your Broken Display!)

Today I am going to show you how to change the screen on the Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max. This is super expensive, so enjoy!
Note: The phone will say that the screen is not genuine Apple, even if there is. As far as I know, even the Screen Programmer won't fix this message.

Should recommend that you always want to use heat gun for dot sensor if not more than often you will damage face recognition which is almost impossible to repair

Hi I have a question for anyone that may know... First let me give you the background, So I replaced my iPhone 11 Pro Max Screen 1 time already ( with the incell led cheaper screen which is already completely useless because it was inverting the colors on my phone, then went out completely ) which brings me to my question. So I ordered the other screen the hard oled or whatever its the more expensive one, ( around 300$) and it has arrived, BUTTTT i asked my boyfriend who can usually fix literally anything to look and make sure everything inside was still connected when the first replacement started going cray and pushing everything itself and when he went to put it back together he had the flex cable that seems to go to the speaker under the plate that goes over where the screen connecters plug in at and tried to put the screw through that damaging the flex cable... now the new screen isn't working... before i spend more money on the flex cable that was damaged is this why the new screen isn't working? I Am about to lose my mind my phone has been out of commission for MONTH please help please please please Thank you in advance

Not really. It retains truetone and auto brightness if you do. If you're like me, then that stuff doesn't matter and you don't have to program it

If done properly yes. Apple made the Face ID extremely fragile and may cause issues even if you're careful

Never remove the display without first disconnecting the battery, it hurt me to watch that..
