Champion Cutting Tool Step Reamers enlarge holes even in thick steel up to 1/2" thick. The Brute XRS-Set includes 3 step reamers, from 5/16" to 1-1/16". Each additional step in the bits also adds a perfect chamfer for the hole, cleaning up any jagged edges.

Not surprised the see the product make in the UK. Good stuff. I especially like Keo countersinks from the UK. Wish I could get my hands on a full index made in Sheffield. Excellent steel. It seems like these days Champion doesn't really manufacture its own tools. They either relabel or have them made to their spec. It's not a bad thing. Like their drills. Good quality made in the US. I'm not a big fan of their cutting paste, but I'd like to try out the fluid.

Glad to see you had the assist handle on that beast of a drill you’re using . Thought I didn’t “need” mine and ended up breaking my wrist when I thought it was in reverse when it was actually in forward : / Interesting vid. Thanks!

Yes, you have to be careful with these drills, they can bite you quick. Thanks for watching.

Holy god! I am so sorry to read your hurt yourself. I brought my Bosch Impact drill with me from Sydney, Australia when I came to the United States. I used a step up transformer to increase the voltage to 220 volts. For the Australia and New Zealand markets, that drill won’t turn on unless you attach the side arm. Just won’t even turn on!

A question for you man, and thank you for this video. I have a patio table with an umbrella hole. The hole held an umbrella with a diameter of 3.7 Centimeters. My 5 year old son messed up the winding rope on the umbrella. I then bought a tougher replacement with a security feature to prevent destruction of the rope. But I didn’t realize the pole was 4.7 centimeters in diameter. I have been using a burr to try and enlarge the hole. From your experience, how best can I expand the hole to accommodate the new pole? The weighted base under the table holds the new umbrella without problems. Thank you sir.
